Reliability Allocation for CNC Machine Based on Improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

چکیده

Abstract Reliability allocation is the key issue of reliability designing. CNC machine is a complex product. There are many influence factors of reliability allocation. A part of them cannot be accurately measured but be evaluated by the experts. Therefore it’s difficult for reliability allocation. In this paper, we consider a variety of criteria for conducting reliability allocation. A method which is based on improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed for conducting task of reliability allocation. The fuzzy judging matrix is decided by the scores of experts. Validity and realistic requirements of the method are proved through the reliability allocation of the CNC gear hobbing machine. It provides an effective method for reliability allocation of the CNC gear hobbing machine.
